Jemery Ruiz is the epitome of being helpful, gracious, patient, and understanding. Moving from a different state to NYC was already a huge headache since one usually don't start looking for an apartment to lease until the month before move in. However, after seeing an apartment that suited all my needs, Jeremy was timely and helped me every step of the way. He was very patient and never made it seem like my a million questions were bothersome. Even after two weeks of signing the lease, Jeremy went above and beyond all my expectations by giving me a call to ask me how everything was going. I could not ask for a better experience. He is truly the best.

This review is for Jeremy Ruiz, who was absolutely wonderful. He was responsive to all of my questions and promptly scheduled a viewing of the apartment I wanted to see. Once we arrived, he was very knowledgeable about the unit and even called the landlord to clarify any questions we had that he was unsure about. Once we submitted the application, he was in touch every step of the way - from reviewing our application, sending it to the landlord, and sharing the good news that we were accepted! I never felt out of the loop. He even took us back to the apartment to get measurements once we signed the lease. Thank you Jeremy!

I have lived in Astoria all my life in a rent controlled apartment with my family. When I found out my cousin was moving to Astoria I was excited and told him I would help him find an apartment. To my horror I realized what two bedroom apartments really go for nowadays.
